Returns Policy

GOODS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL and DOA GOODS

A product will be deemed DOA (dead on arrival) if it does not operate as prescribed when first removed from its packaging within 7 days of delivery. Arrangements will be made for repair or replacement of DOA goods. Refunds will only be issued when a replacement item or repair is unavailable. All goods damaged in transit must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of receipt. All DOA and/or damaged on arrival goods must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt by customer


FAULTY ITEMS

In the event of faulty goods Saveon Appliances will arrange for the return of the goods at no expense to the customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all original contents of the package are included in the returned package. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the returned item is adequately packaged so to not cause damage to the item in transit.


PROCESSING OF RETURNED GOODS

Saveon Appliances reserves the right to test any returned product. If an item is determined not be be defective we may:

  • arrange for the return shipment of the product at the customers expense
  • impose an administration fee of $50
  •  

    REPLACEMENT OF GOODS

    When an item is deemed to require replacement delivery will be arranged at Saveon Appliances's expense.

    The delivery terms and time frame will be as per the original purchase. The replacement will be provided with the same warranty as the original product.


    REFUNDS

    All refunds will include delivery and associated costs.

    All refunds will be processed to the credit card or source as the original purchase. No refunds will be processed until the goods have been returned to Saveon Appliances in full.


    WARRANTY

    All warranty claims must be processed via the manufacturer. All warranty issues must be directed to the manufacturer. Please contact manufacturer for all warranty terms and conditions.

    The warranty is only valid with the original proof of purchase. Warranty is not transferable. Warranty commences from the purchase date on your receipt and are only valid within Australia. All transactions over the web are encrypted in real time via secure socket layer technology (SSL).
